100 Baby Challenge- sims 3: Almandine Stone and Baby # 1

My name is Almandine Stone. My traits are savvy sculptor because i've been working with clay from when i was a child, virtuoso because music just speaks to me, eccentic becuase dabble is my thing, artistic like i am virtuoso and a savvy sculptor, and Family-Oriented which is why i'm doing this challenge. My favs are Sushi (yum!!), green, and Custom Music. I have red hair, green eyes, and freckles.

The house was a present from my dad, but i had to pay for everything inside:

To start my challenge i should go and find a man to have my first child with. I feel kind of nervous about my first kid. i looked around the city and ran into a man named Ben Hernandez:

I walked up to him and introduced myself, "I'm Almandine." very casually. i was really nervous he would regect being the father of the first child. "I'm Ben." he said warmly to me. "Uh, i'm doing the 100 baby challenge, and i'm looking for a father to for the first baby." i said calmly. He blushed and said, "Alright." "I, uh, was hoping you'd be the first father." i said and blushed too. He responded intsantly, "Of course!" My nervousness went away.

I hugged him to thank him. I explained to him the rules though, but he seemed slightly depressed knowing we couldn't really be together.

We went to my house and... well, you know the rest.... The lulaby filled the room. My first kid!! I was so excited!! "I can come see our kid, right?" Ben asked afterwards. "Of course. But they have to stay with me." I told him. "I guess that's fine." he said. He kissed me good-bye, and left.

I needed a way to make money, so i started sculpting. I needed to buy a crib. I got $35 for my first sculpture.

While i was working on the second sculpture, i got nauseus. This is going to be a set back on the 100 baby plan, but i'm still going through with it.

Again, sculpting, when i got my baby bump!! I hoping for a girl, but i'll be happy with anything.

Wow, a chainsaw. I'm getting really good at sculpting, so i'll be able to buy my baby a crib soon. If it's a girl i'm naming her Della and it's a boy i'm naming him Onyx.

I invited Ben over to tell him i was pregnant. "Really! That's wonderful!" he said. He seemed really happy. We hugged but then he had to go to work, so we said our good-byes.

I got a job from the Bistro saying they wanted one of my scupltures made of ice in their shop. I agreed excited. I'm not allowed to have a real job (rules and all), but i was so happy to be getting work i could at home! but all that work was killing my back. Well that and pregnancy. Another draw back... Oh well.

Wow, i'm geting bigger pretty fast.

I was sculpting (again) and i got a craving for watermelons. I heard that if you eat 10 watermelons, it's more likely you get a baby girl. I hope that's true!

I'm still sculpting, but it's almost time and i didn't have enough money for a crib, so i sold my workshop table to buy one. I had enough money for a teddy bear too!

Ben came over again. He offered to make dinner, so he stayed and chatted for a while.

He talked, felt, and listened to my tummy. I laughed a little each time. I think he was trying to do that. He said he'd stay with me until the baby was born, hold his kid, then make frequent visits. I told him that was fine, but i can't take any of your money. He was absolutely fine with that.
